My dog buffy and angel have fights and buffy runs around the yars and rams in to her head and pulls her ears and every thing she IS red cattle x bull arab but her ears and legs are taterd and riped!

Is there something specific that they fight over? Food? Toys? If so, it is best not to have food or toys in the backyard.
If not: Try to make them stop by distracting one dog with a toy and rewarding her for playing with the toy instead of fighting. Do so every time they fight if it works.

I think that biting people's feet may just be out of play. Distract her with a chew toy (or other toy) when she bites feet and reward her for chewing the toy.

but what about the riped ears? You can get a paper towel, wet it with hydrogen peroxide (make sure that it's 3%, that kind is in a brown bottle), and dab it on her ears as needed to keep them from becoming infected. Most dogs don't like having hydrogen peroxide put on them, so give her a treat when you are done so she won't associate it with not liking it so much. And you're welcome.
