My mom's CD player isn't working right. It was a cheap one anyway. It was working fine, but it fell a few times and how right in the middle of playing a CD, it just cuts off. And the CD drive on my computer? I think I need a new one. It won't pick up some CDs, even if they aren't formatted. I have to put a CD in and out several times before it picks it up and even then sometimes it doesn't work. My family always has trouble with electronics. Seems like when one thing is fixed, another breaks.

I think since it is cheap it wouldn't work well and that you should just get a new one ;D

I tend to agree, but my mom says she doesn't want to keep buying things. We're on a tight budget now.

You know, now it still works for the most part. Sometimes it still cuts off in the middle of a CD, but I listened to a CD about 5 times tonight before it did that. Maybe it's just "tired" in this case. xD It's weird...at my hosue, we've had stuff break/not work and suddenly start working. We had a video tape that for years just would not work. Then, when I was 7, I popped it into the VCR (which we had tried using it in before) and wonder of wonders...it worked! What have we got in this house...helpful Casper-like ghosts who know how to fix things?xD
